Role in brief:
The incumbent will be responsible for creating Instructional Design documents for e-learning modules using the subject matter content provided by the SMEs (Subject matter experts).
Key Responsibilities:
with SMEs to identify the participants' learning needs.
, analyze, design, develop and customize instructional materials for various training and e-learning interventions .
storyboards for different levels of e-learning modules.
assessment tools (tests, quizzes, games and other tools) for various e-learning modules.
content and coordinate with Graphic Designers in the development of graphics, animations etc.
Requirements:
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
