Job details
We are looking for Freelancer Language Teachers for training in ;This position offers flex-time, and would appeal to those on a spouse visa, or looking to teach after their regular work ;
The project duration is 30 hours (15 sessions) and would last for 7 ½ weeks. The classes are usually running twice per week, and 2 hours each ;
1. Develop minimum of 30 hours quality training, including training and assessment materials
2- Co-operate with Training Coordinators to ensure that your schedule maintain 30 teaching hours at all times
3. Customize training to meet students' needs
4. Submit daily lesson plan for each class
5. Regularly review and evaluate training to ensure quality training and continuous improvement
6. Contribute to development of new course ware and new business opportunities
7. Use of new technology such as distance learning or video conferencing
8. Maintains tutorial records.
9. Prepare the teaching materials and activities of the program;
10. Develops Program rules, policies on examination and assessment marking… etc.
11. Liaising with the managing director on matters relating to resources for personnel engagement in the program.
12. Participates in marketing and recruitment for the program
13. Facilitates the collection of and collate student-related information, , student attendance sheet, feedback forms, end of class report…etc.
14. Apply Institutes quality assurance measures to ensure that the program meets the desired outcomes.
15. Communicates with marketing team in relation to academic requirements of the curriculum, enrollments and completions.
Operation
16. Ensure that clients' academic requirements are running smoothly and ensure entire client's related services are confirmed.
17. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, trainers, volunteers, and the general ;
18. Maintains professional knowledge in applicable areas ( - maintains a working knowledge of assigned area; researches new trends and advances in the profession; reads professional literature; attends workshops and training sessions
Customer Service
19. Ensure 100% positive feedback for customer service for self and peers
20. Prepare certificate of completion for learners
QUALIFICATIONS
-Graduation with bachelor degree
-GCC experience
-Valid UAE driving license
-Ability to work varied shift
-Communicate effectively in English orally and in writing.
