JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports directly to the Managing Director

Provide general assistance to the Managing Director in any work assigned

Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agendas and arrange new meetings and appointments, including the weekly office meetings.

Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms

File and update contact information for employees, customers, suppliers and external

partners

Support and facilitate the completion of regular office reports

Develop and maintain an office filing system

Check frequently the levels and quality of office supplies as required by the office standard and place appropriate orders

Make travel arrangements

Document expenses and hand in reports

Undertake occasional receptionist duties

Ensure that office space is clean and orderly, to coordinate with the office helper

Other matters that may be assigned from time to time



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course

Preferably with at least 6 months experience as a Legal Secretary

People oriented, flexible, keen to details and has the ability to multitask

Highly organized and has an ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

Outstanding time-management and typing skills

Exemplary verbal and written communication skill

Willing to work in Paseo de Roxas near Greenbelt, Makati City
