Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist at Arkan Events who lives and breathes marketing. This role is a specialized role focused on a range of digital marketing operations such as strategy, social media, SEO/SEM, and most importantly digital ad buys on various platform including: Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google Adwords/Adsense, Youtube. The candidate must be fluent in the digital marketing language and must fully understand how to interpret and measure analytics across the different platforms.
The candidate will work in a highly specialized marketing team for a 100% Qatari company that has an excellent reputation for organizing special events and exhibitions. You will work under an experienced marketing manager who will guide with strategy and overall direction. There is a lot of room for growth for the right person, and the position offers performance based benefits. We are seeking to fill this role as soon as possible for an upcoming exhibition that will take place in November.
Responsibilities
Strategy and project management
Develop and implement superior digital strategy based on project goals and objectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Content creation
Create engaging written, graphic and video content for social channels, website and email campaigns
Coordinates content activities with the designer/videographer/photographer
Ensure consistent messaging, imagery and branding across all channels.
Ad campaigns
Plan, execute and optimize all web, SEO/SEM, PPC, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and CRM activity.
Manage ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google Adwords/Adsense, Youtube
Social Channels
Manage company and client social channels
Create content calendar and ensure post delivery
Achieve superior audience engagement and intimacy, with a focus on customer service
Maintain and develop accurate documentation for all components and best practices of digital marketing campaigns including lists, timelines, creative, response rates and revenue
Analytics
Intelligently interpret analytics on various platforms
Optimize campaigns based on analytics and performance of past campaigns
Qualifications & Skills
Education: University or College Degree in Marketing, Digital Content or related field required
Past Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing agency
Languages: English & Arabic (preferable)
Eager to learn and constantly develop personal skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
