Responsibilities
Lead generation, source and sales closure of new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share for commercial and residential interior fitout, joinery and landscaping projects.
Preparation and presentation of sales proposals.
Work closely with the project team and liaising with the client until contract handover.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
Currently working in business development / sales in the UAE in turnkey interior fit out design and build, joinery and landscaping projects with strong technical awareness of commercial and residential projects.
Strong relationships with architectural firms, real estate developers, commercial and residential interior designers.
Must have worked on projects valued up to a minimum of AED 1M.
Strong negotiation skills.
UAE driving license.
Candidate Profile
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Must be living in the UAE.
Fluent in English - must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Education
Diploma is mandatory.
