- Perform onsite maintenance services
- Schedule & planning pre-detective, preventive & corrective tasks
- Prepare daily activity report everyday to FM Engineer
- Follow up work performance job progress
- Site visit & make service all works are on schedule
- Supervise & manage all preventive, corrective & all on-call work
- Must have Bachelor's degree / diploma in MEP
- With at least 1 year work related UAE experience (HVAC)
- Knowledgeable in CAFM
- Preferably with UAE Driver's license
- Can start with short notice
