Candidate should possess the following technical expertise.
Desktop/Server
Windows Server-2012 & its Clients (7, 8 & 10) OS Installation, Additional Domain Installation.
Creating Users, OU/Groups and Policies, Applying Permissions.
Troubleshooting Laptops/Desktops Hardware Components.
Network
Fair and conceptual knowledge on Routing & Switching protocols.
Network Monitoring, Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
Additional Skills
Application Packages : Office and All.
Other Packages : Tally ERP 9. Linux (RHEL-6).
Internet E-mail Correspondence & MS-Outlook Configuration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Installing and configuring services such as ADDS, FSRM, RODC, DHCP, WDS and Hyper-V.
 Configuring & Troubleshooting CISCO Routers by routing and authentication protocols.
 Configuring and Maintaining CISCO catalyst 2950 switches for Port Security & VLan.
 Sharing Folders, Printers, NTFS Files over a Home Group/Network/Server.
 Designing and Implementing Network topology.
 Remote Desktop Connection over LAN in Windows.
 Installing New Hardware, Drivers and Application software (Server, Printer, PC, etc).
 Managing & Monitoring DVR & CCTV/IP-cameras.
 Assembling and Servicing of Hardware Components for Desktop, Printer, etc.
 Retrieve Data and Password by using recovery software.
 Configured different Wireless Routers, Switches and Bootable Pen drive.
 Overall System Support to all end users for their Hardware & Network related problems.
 Maintaining Records of all IT related information's & Managing Technical staffs.
