Job Qualifications:
>+2 years experience in all aspects of projects as practicing Architect in UAE preferably in Interior Design companies
>With experience in processing permit approvals in DM, DCD, DCCA, Trakhees, etc.
>Proficiency in Design and Construction Processes
>In depth knowledge of materials finishes, construction techniques and standard building codes
>Self-motivated, energetic and with strong graphic and verbal communication skills
>Strong analytical and conceptual skills with an ability to grasp complex requirements
>Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with a variety of clients, consultants, vendors and authorities
>Profound capability in producing architectural and construction drawings and other documents as required
Key Competencies:
>Highly collaborative but can work independently or requires minimal supervision
>Initiative, fluency in reading plans, communication, teamwork, versatility and dependability
>Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
>Inclined to perform tasks beyond job scope to get the job done
Minimum Technical Skills required:
>AutoCad
>SketchUP
>Vray (or other rendering tools)
>Microsoft Office
