Job Responsibilities

• Decompose features into stories 
  
• Work collaboratively with Product Management Team to identify a minimum viable product,
   balancing functional, architectural & user experience considerations 
  
• Ensure end-to-end process integrity is maintained across multiple systems and business
   units 
  
• Facilitate an agile estimation / prioritization / planning workshop (Program Increment
   Planning) 
  
• Capture detailed requirements using acceptance criteria scenarios 
  
• Ensure a quality end-product by collaborating closely with your scrum team throughout
   delivery 
  
• Identify & manage risks, issues & dependencies 
  
• Work closely with the Development team, evaluate system solutions, research competitor
   products, analyze current products and ;
  
• Maintain high-level over-arching lean documentation for all functionality delivered  
  

Job Requirements

• Working alongside a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Visual Designer, Developers & Testers 
  
• Working knowledge of IT industry, CRM product or Saas web application is a plus 
  
• Excited to join a rapidly evolving, fast-paced start-up environment 
  
• Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia 
  
•  3 - 5 year(s) of relevant working experience
  
• Malaysian, Chinese-educated and age below 35
