Develops protocols for plans of care, coordinates care by supervision of mid-level. Ensures that the medical activities conform to all policies of the corporation.
Responsible for the provision of complete, comprehensive and family-oriented outpatient care for clients throughout the life cycle.
Works in developing policies and procedures
Ensures accurate, timely documentation of the client's medical records, as per the established protocols.
Accountable for preparing the budget estimate of the Medical Department
Evaluates and communicates recommendations for utilization of space, space needs, equipment, personnel and other resources as needed.
Ensures maintenance high quality of patient care and the introduction of modern techniques and therapeutic agents.
Directs the Quality Assurance Committee and conducts monthly assessments of clinical data per the Quality Assurance calendar.
