Responsibilities
• Query handling of tickets raised by customers
• Representing the company as the first point of contact for the client's customers
• Research bug reports and provide information and reproduction steps for QA
• Ensure compliance of player base with the game rules (ToS, Conduct Policies)
• Interact with and engage players by communicating with them on live chats, forums & social media platforms
• Update the communities regarding server downtime, maintenance, special offers & game updates
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese in order to communicate with Chinese customers.
• Good knowledge of various social media (Wechat, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, blogs and forums)
• Prior Customer service/call center experience would be preferred
• Interest in video games will be a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
Other Information :
• 1-Year Contract (Renewable)
• Working Hours: Office Hours OR 5 days per week (Inclusive Weekends), 8 Hours Shift
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to go through linguistics tests (Chinese & English)
