Responsibilities:


> Full P&L responsibility of the Division.

> Formulating the strategies, goals and plans for the division and contributing in their implementation through directing and coordinating the entire activities of the production and sales departments.

> Setting budget for the division, to be submitted to the CEO/Board for review and approval.

> Directing sales activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources and meeting sales targets and objectives.

> Formulating the strategies, goals and plans for the division and contributing in their implementation through directing and coordinating the entire activities of the production and sales departments.

> Obtaining high levels of quality products, optimum efficiency of operations, sales growth & customer satisfaction, resulting maximum profits at the lowest possible cost.

> Controlling the financial performance of the division and keep it within the set budget.

> Setting, cascading and communicating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring the performance of departments and sections under supervision.

> Ensuring full compliance with all the regulations in KSA. This includes but not limited to labor law, FDA dept. Municipality, Civil Defense, Industrial cities regulations…etc.

> Full compliance with food company & Group polices & procedures.

> Ensuring full compliance with best practices related to food safety.

> Passing all the customers' quality audits ( SQMS, BRC, YUM audit).

> Managing the relationship with the strategic customers (McDonald's, Americana/Yum).

> Represent the division in all the management events with key customers.

> Keeping abreast of new developments and technologies in the Food industry which leads to improve operation and sales activities, developing recommendations accordingly.

> Continuously monitoring the performance of production department and plants, and administrating the continuous development, as well as increase the quality of products to achieve customer satisfaction and boost market share.

> Continuously monitoring the performance of the Sales and Marketing Departments to ensure that annual sales growth is achieved in line with the food company strategic goals, and that new products and services are launched to increase market share and revenue.
