For the expatriates, as decided by RTA from time to time but mostly equally distributed among Asians, Africans and Arabs
Education level
Minimum Higher secondary school Leaving Certificate However, Graduates must be given more preference
Driving License
Preference should be given candidates who have a valid light vehicle license from Dubai
Literacy skills
Must have excellent English reading and writing skills & communications skills.
Linguistic proficiency
Must have excellent communication skills in English besides respective native languages
Knowledge of Arabic is desired but not essential
Age limits
30-45 years at the time of recruitment
Personality
Presentable, pleasant & must have a flare for training/ teaching
Professional experience
Should have minimum 02 years of experience as a driving instructor or a trainer. Preference for instructors with transit industry experience
Personal Character
Should not have been convicted for any criminal activities
Must have police clearance certificate
Must have Character certificate from last employer
Should have positive outlook in life, able and willing to learn
