Description
Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the security team, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.Develop and implement security policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services as needed.Respond to security incidents and emergencies, overseeing the coordination of the response.Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and reports.Manage security budgets and resources efficiently.Stay updated on industry trends and security technology advancements.Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.Relevant certifications in security management are a plus.Salary and Benefits AED 5,000/- per month based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
