We're looking for volunteers to be Mystery Diners in Ras Al Khaimah!
HGEM is the UK's leading mystery dining organisation, working with clients across the country (and abroad) to help improve their guest experience management. We send people into restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels and cafes to help the owners understand their guests' experiences, and how to improve it. Our diners fill in a report on their experience, and in return, we reimburse them all or most of the cost of their meal.
All we need from you is the:
- Ability to write in clear English
- Ability to record detailed observations
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Availability by phone or email the day after your visit.
There are no minimum number of visits required - just choose those that suit you and fit in with your free time.
