• Assisting the manager in tasks requested.

• Perform basic office tasks - typing, filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.

• Take minutes of the meeting.

• Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.

• Contacting suppliers/getting quotes/making LPOs.

• Assist in admin for the reception, answering calls, assist customers, etc.

• Preparing monthly/termly sales reports, expenses/petty cash reports

• Payments - follow up, collection.

• Crosschecking invoices.

• Crosschecking Sales reports from other locations against attendance.

• Coordinate with Accounts for payments, refunds, etc.

• Daily Sales and Deposit Sales.

• Update expenses.

• Crosschecking bank statement and daily sales.

• Checking for bank transfer payments.


Requirements:

• Full Time

• Immediate start

• Must have strong English

• Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)

• Any additional skills such as prior administrative work, accounts work etc…. would be an advantage
