Job details
Performs basic or routine Logistics accounting activities in accordance with policies, principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Collects, compiles, analyzes, and verifies financial data to ensure the integrity of accounting records.
Assists with analysis and schedules in support of financial statements.
Posts journal entries and other financial transactions, maintains general ledger, and reconciles accounts.
Recommends ways to improve processes and standards.
Previous work experience in any Logistic company will be an added advantage.
Driving Licence
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, financial statements and reports, and ledgers and journals
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to review and analyze basic or routine accounting information
Ability to identify and research accounting issues
Ability to prioritize work assignments
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
