Job scope:

· Provide field technical support on-site at customers' semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

· Responsible for Test systems install and de-install, external traceability calibration, system options upgrade and system troubleshooting

· System maintenance & PC workstation support

· Prepare Service reports and provide feedback on technical issues with regards to equipment performance

· Actively engage with customers to ensure highest level of service commitment and quality

Traits and qualifications:

1) People with good personality, integrity, Initiative, work flexibility and responsibility.

2) Work experience in the semiconductor industry and its environment particularly in production testing will be preferred.

3) Knowledge and working experience with Epson legacy test handlers and HP/Agilent/Verigy/Advantest legacy test systems will be an added advantage.

4) Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision, with ability to handle difficult issue.

5) Good communication skill, able to build relationships with customers, a team player and able to render help to teammates, a positive can-do attitude with well-organized work style.

6) Minimum two years experience.

We are looking for both Junior and Senior Executive.
