Description Our client, an award-winning western restaurant group, is looking for an experienced professional to join their team and expansion project.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that you and your coworkers follow company hygiene procedures.Communicate respectfully, friendly, and professionally with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Stock Controller.Check all meat and fish on delivery for quality and quantity.Maintain cleanliness of the meat and fish preparation rooms and proper storage of all meat and fish items in freezers and fridges.Maintain close communication with the Executive Chef regarding ordering and preparation.Follow guidelines and requests from the Chef and F&B Manager efficiently.Keep all machines and equipment in good repair and handle them with care.Report any maintenance requirements to relevant personnel.Be present during sanitation inspections of your areas.Be fully aware of the company's controlling and food preparation procedures, e.g., portion control as outlined in the F&B manual.Maintain daily contact and information exchange with the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, or cruise ships.Ability to prepare all meats and fish products according to company standards.Basic school education.Experience with quality control, production control, meat and fish storage.Benefits Basic monthly salary: AED 2800 to 3600 depending on experience; AED 375 food allowance; AED 250 to 450 (average service charge); credit card tips; cash tips; free accommodation; transportation; uniforms; health insurance; air ticket once every two years; paid leave as per UAE laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
