Catering Manager

The Catering Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and business growth across catering services. He/she manages a team to ensure exceptional event delivery, while actively sources and develops new client relationships and sales opportunities through strategic marketing and business development efforts.Responsibilities- Proactively identify, evaluate, and pursue new catering business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue.- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies that promote catering services and brand visibility.- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of catering events to ensure seamless delivery, high service standards, and customer satisfaction.- Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service across all catering operations.- Work closely with culinary teams to develop innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality menu offerings aligned with client needs.- Manage inventory and logistics including transportation, event setup and breakdown, and the procurement of equipment and supplies.
