Job Description

- Assist in reviewing and comment design plans by consultant to ensure meeting design requirements/specification.

- Liaise with relevant representatives from contractors, consultants, authorities on plan submission and any other relevant technical reports required to achieve desired approvals.

- Coordinate and check design activities on building and infrastructure and to finalize all construction drawings and material specification in line with company's criteria.

- Liaise with Contract Department to ensure the drawings and specifications for the tender are in order and construction costs are within the budget allocated.

- Assist in formulating the development of concept, design & establishing project timeline.

- Carry out site inspection to ensure compliance design and the desired products.

- Carry out product, market and competitor research and assist in the market trends survey.

- Maintain a system of record to ensure adherence to company SOP.

-Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management/Building or equivalent.
