Responsibilities:

Checking and approving all bills keyed into the AP system

Segregating & Processing all approved and advance payments via CIMB/SCB/IIBM

Sending out the payments after signature via office boys or GIRO

Reconcile sundry creditors

Reconcile of accruals for liability

Submission of quarterly report to Bank Negara

Adjust advances that has been paid out

Filling of payment vouchers

Filling of receipts and invoices set off with C/N

Coordinating on the boxes kept in the safeguard

Preparing rental agreements

Monthly closing

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounts, Finance, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in related fields
