As a Sales Director, you are responsible for leading what is arguably the most important part of any business: getting products off the shelves and into the hands of buyers. So if you are interested in becoming a Sales Director, you likely have a long road ahead of you. You will be building, maintaining and optimizing all sales channels and channel partners.
Your Responsibilities:
- Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in the LED lighting ;
- Overseeing and managing a team of Sales Managers and supporting them to achieve their targets
- Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
- Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and ;
- Maximizing company profit
- Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace
- Forming sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovative
- Committing to continuously educating yourself by attending professional workshops, reading and ;
Your Profile:
- You have an outstanding degree from a good university
- You have at least have 3-5 years of experience in sales & LED lighting
- You have an experience in LED Lighting and know the advantages of LED
- You are experienced working in highly successful and talented team
- You have experience in start-ups, high-growth companies and/or a clearly articulated passion for entrepreneurial ;
- You have good stress management skills
- You are goal oriented with a track record of overachievement (consistently beating targets, Rep of the Year, etc.)
- You have a passion for sales and you are always setting the right note
- You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills (additional languages are an advantage: Arabic, Hindi)
- You have outstanding analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions
- You are able to achieve great results independently without much guidance
- You are enthusiastic, competitive, self-motivated and hands-on with a strong work ethic
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment
- You can deal in a friendly manner both with coworkers and clients
- You possess outstanding web and computer skills: MS Office
- You have an excellent knowledge about the UAE, Dubai in particular
- You have a UAE driving license (Mandatory)
