RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Collect payments on customer past due bills

Handle each call promptly and in a correct manner.

Manage customers who are resistant to agent contact by remaining polite, honest and firm.

Input client related data accurately and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.

Required language(s): English

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Work experience in a BPO industry, with focus on 3rd Party Debt Collections, is REQUIRED.

With excellent knowledge of credit and collection guidelines and principles

Can communicate effectively using the English language (American accent is not required)

Must be highly motivated, flexible, and persistent in payment collection

Ability to deal with stress and work under pressure
