Prepare expenses claim, invoice, quotation, proposal and tender
Assist in corresponding all emails, phones and letters
Maintain up-to-date filing and update database
Coordinate all training administration & preparation
Responsible for front desk function and guest reception
Maintain a neat and professional office environment
All related assignments to be assigned by Superior
Requirements:
Minimum SPM and above
Minimum 2 years working experience in General Clerk/ Documentation/ Secretarial
Good English Writing Skill, MS Office, Basic Designing & Accounting Skill
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Possess own transport
