Netaq Digital Solutions is looking for INTERNS to work as Online Customer Care Representative in order to support our SchoolVoice app customers. Customers include parents, or inquires from businesses (schools and nurseries) and government organizations within UAE and other countries.
• The job position is for an Intern for the first 3 months - No Salary - Gain experience and knowledge
• Arabic and English fluency is a must
• Excellent communicator
• Strong customer care skills
• Has a friendly approach towards customer and is willing to help them immediately

SchoolVoice is a cost effective and simple 2-way messaging app that insures the acknowledgment of all messages with quick interactions for busy parents and responsible schools for an easier work and successful ;
As a member of the Customer Care and Compliance team, the Online Customer Care Representative is responsible for all live chat and inquiries. This position also resolves customer service needs and issues and provides excellent customer service to coworkers and customers at all times.
What you will be doing:
• Communicate effectively and work closely with customers to ensure that 100% customer satisfaction is reached
• Compliant Live Chat correspondence
• Respond to customer immediately
• Troubleshoot issues as necessary
• Document all customer related system/database update.
• Update accurate data received from the customers into the SchoolVoice database
• Other duties as necessary
