Job Description:

 Work with the Senior Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the Company and

encourage more efficient, productive, and beneficial work from employees

 Ensures all employment activities including maintenance of personnel files, contracts and payroll are

executed in full compliance with legal, social and tax aspects.

 Assist Managing Director to review and design competitive compensation and benefit framework for all

employees

 Manage and review in performance management and appraisal activities

 Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

 Administer the recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, grievance, and off-boarding processes accordingly

 Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

 Monitor HR department's budget

 Keep abreast of all legal and statutory requirements and ensure compliance with local labour laws

 Manage employees' grievances

 Measure employee retention and turnover rates

 Plan, organize and make arrangements for company events

 Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Job Requirements:

 BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

 Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role

 High integrity

 Demonstrable leadership abilities

 Excellent inter-personal skills, able to relate to staff at different levels, understanding their needs and wants

 Able to multi-task effectively with minimal supervision.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Words, Powerpoint
