JOB DESCRIPTION
 Correctly interprets tender and contract documents from the initial stage to post-tender requirements and develops a tender estimation study
 Reviews and discusses tender inquiries before sending them to clients/subcontractors/suppliers
 Performs risk calculations, value management, and cost control
 Estimates required direct and indirect costs
 Facilitates negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to finalize procurement costs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
 Must have a minimum of 10 years working experience as Estimation Manager in the UAE
 Must have sound experience in estimation of infrastructure projects
 Must possess a good bidding track record
 Knowledge in using CCS Candy is an advantage
