Job details
We are looking for Branch Head Chef who will be responsible in observing company food and preparation standards, liaising with branch manager, operations manager, controlling F&B stock and recipe management and observing top hygiene and HACCP standards.
Ideal candidate should have substantial experience working as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in the Middle East and must have adequate training in Food Safety and Hygiene.
Should be Certified or Associate Degree Holder in Culinary Arts or relevant. Knowledge and experience in preparing International and Mediterranean cuisines are required.
