Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints 
• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control 
• Candidates suitable for Supervisory role will lead a team of Technicians 
  

Requirements:

• Recognised technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology, ACMV, or its ;
  
• Possess technical knowledge in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, generators and experience in BMS and BAS 
  
• Those without relevant knowledge but keen to pursue a career in Facilities Management or ACMV are welcome to ;
  
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills 
  
• Candidates with WSQ Qualifications are welcome to apply 
  
• Shift work or work week
