Job Description
- Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via email, phone, chat and social ;
- Handle multiple concurrent chat and email interactions while addressing frequent start and stops from incoming phone calls, emails and social media ;
- Identify, correct and advise technical issues faced on customer's computer and/or video game ; Identifying trends in customer problems and provide clear feedback/inputs to the team members based on independent ;
- Translation from English to required language or vice-versa depending on the positions
Requirement
- Basic communication in English, both conversational and written Those who possess excellent customer service quality Able to understand games from a gamer's perspective and give in-depth gaming and PC/console troubleshooting support
- Ability to solve and analyse information accurately with appropriate speed and guidelines
- Willing to work shifts, public holidays and weekends is a bonus. However, those who are not able to are welcome to apply
- Able to work 5 days per week
- Able to read and type the required languages (Vietnamese, Thai or Indo) Malaysian/Malaysian PR or with dependent pass
- Team player Those with strong interest in games are preferred
- Willing to work at Kuala Lumpur
Vietnamese Speaking (Basic English, Read and type Vietnamese is a must.)
Thai Speaking (Basic English, Read and type Thai is a must)
Indo Speaking (Basic English, Read and type Indo is a must)
