We are seeking an Outreach Coordinator to serve as the bridge between Sijal and the broader business and academic community, responsible for partnership outreach and communication, special program management, and quality assurance. Key tasks include:

Communication

  • Serve as main point of contact for potential partners and partner institutions 
  • Draft, edit and communicate proposal agreements
  • Update proposal templates and promotional materials
  • Draft or update website content related to special programs 
  • Identifying and establishing opportunities for partnership engagement

Program Support & Logistics 

  • Monitoring and Evaluation of Special Programs
  • Serve a focal point for all special programs whether with businesses in Amman or universities abroad
  • Administering surveys & feedback forms 
  • Coordinate promotional trips for Sijal
  • Identify opportunities for partnership engagement 
  • Arrange meetings 
  • Provide travel and logistics assistance to Director  
  • Oversee Administrative Intern 

Desired Qualifications & Experience 

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
  • Program support experience, specifically when interacting with senior-level management
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required
  • Effective verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills are necessary
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
