This is a generalist role with a key focus on tech and sales talent acquisition. There would also be occasional hires for other positions ( ops, support etc.) and overseas positions.

The role would also require overall HR management and talent development.

RESPONSIBILITIES


- Lead the overall recruitment for the company from JDs preparation to active sourcing of candidates to interviews coordination to candidates selection

- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment plans and process, new employee onboarding, talent development and employee engagement, compensation and benefits

- Maintain and review relevant HR policies

- Manage all other HR-related tasks


EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency in English

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in recruitment / talent acquisition

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)

- Knowledge of payroll processes and compensation benefits

- Experience working with high-growth or tech companies would be beneficial

- Strong people management skills

- Self-starter with an outgoing personality and ability to use own initiative, and work within tight deadlines and under pressure
