Responsibilities:
* Approach new clients and offer them advice on our HR services.
* Deal with the clients' inquires in a patient and helpful manner.
* Go "extra mile" to meet targets and create new marketing channels.
* Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up clients' data.
* Responsible for the company's social media activities [Facebook, twitter, Instagram].
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer services field.
* Social media good knowledge
* HR background is a plus.
* Problem solver, negotiation skills, presentation skills, ambitious, analytical and goal oriented.
* Females only.
Fixed working hours: 8 am to 5 pm
Weekends: Fridays & Saturdays
