The ideal candidate will be in charge of the baking aspect of kitchens and restaurants, delivering cakes, pasteries, breads, and any bread based components in the Central Kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with a team of bakers and cooks to prepare, bake and decorate their food, and keep the team organized, stocked and motivated.

2. The central kitchen will serve healthy meals plans, will serve cakes and pastries to two of their Cafes and will serve as well as caterings.

3. To work with a restaurant's head chef to pair breads and desserts, order supplies, and hire staff.

4. To create recipes or follow existing ones, using a creative flair to their craft, but all the time maintaining records, ordering food, and enforcing food safety standards.

Requirements:

More than 7 years' experience as a pastry chef.

European Nationals are

Baking experience is a must.
