Job details
Required for MNC group in Abu Dhabi
• Evaluating & assessing medical files.
• Examining medical claims manually to correlate information.
• Examining excel sheet pertaining authorizations to monitor incurred claims.
• Evaluating & assessing medical files for SEHA providers.
• Reviewing treatment patterns established by providers; and
• Reviewing prescriptions, lab requisites, and treatment abuse.
• Supervising Local Network Resubmission claims.
• Communication with Payer in regards to various queries.
• Communication with Network providers in regards to rejections.
• Conductions of Inter and External Audit.
Communicating with Medical Network providers and reporting to the Network Manager for the following:
• Medical files of policy holders; and
• Explanations for suspicious treatments / hypochondriacs.
• Producing and presenting analytical study of the above with conclusive reports on the relationship patterns of the beneficiary / provider or each one at singular.
Minimum Requirements:
a) Doctor (MBBS degree/ MD degree)
b) 2 - 5 years' experience in the healthcare industry / hospitals is preferable but not mandatory
c) Basic industry knowledge (healthcare / insurance)
d) Should be a team player with an aptitude for customer service
e) Must be service oriented
f) Excellent oral and written communication skills
g) Must be computer literate
h) Excellent command of the English language, Arabic is a plus
i) Candidate must be tactful and discrete when dealing with clients and must be
j) Able to handle confidential information
k) Ability to work under pressure
