Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a
- Diploma in any field Required skill(s): MS Office
- Native Japanese Preferred
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this ; This role handles Japanese language game products, thus, requires handling and serving Japanese speaking customers and locals. Therefore, one must be fluent in conversational and written English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese and local customers
- Able to speak and write Chinese is a bonus but not a must (to liaise with foreign Chinese speaking customers when required)
- Experience in client management Ability to deliver excellent customer service quality, manage daily operations and handles multiple projects well
- Ability to communicate well with the various teams and manage ;
- Able to understand games from a gamer's perspective and give in-depth gaming and PC/console troubleshooting support
- Ability to solve and analyse information accurately with appropriate speed and ; Those with strong interest in games are preferred
