• A Licensed Civil Engineer

• Preferably, with knowledge in Hospital maintenance

• With good planning, organizing and designing ability

• Progressive supervisory experience in the area of the specialization

• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal

• Dynamic leadership and good public relations

• High degree of maturity, responsibility, reliability, resourcefulness, initiative, and loyalty

• Critical and analytical mind to bring forth a sound judgment and decision

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Communicates and coordinates with all the hospital departments regarding engineering related problem

2. Initiates trouble shooting in any engineering related problem

3. Keeps track on Monitoring

4. Acts as Pollution Control Officer

5. Responsible of making the daily time schedule and filing the over time of the staff

6. Performs other functions which may be assigned by the Corporate Engineering Services Head
