This role will be responsible to provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to operating systems, computer hardware and software to the end user.
Scope of the Role:
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's ;
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT ;
- Assist with training staff on how to use existing technology, troubleshoot any area of ;
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and ;
- Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized ;
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local ;
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and ;
- Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking ;
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software ;
- Report issues to the Service Desk for ;
- Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active ;
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as ;
- Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when ;
- Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or any relevant graduation.
Experience:
3 years of relevant technical experience.

- Time management skills
