Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of a Sales & Patient Coordinator - Surgery include, but not limited, to the following:
a. Understand the doctors' areas of specialties and focus on surgeries related to their expertise;
b. Provide customer consultations in an effective, excellent and knowledgeable manner, with the aim of increasing sales of Treatments, Surgeries, other Services and Products;
c. Handle patient deposit and secure full payment prior to the surgery;
d. Provide educational information to the patients related to treatments, procedures, continuing care requirements and medications;
e. Attend consultations with the patient / doctor, and accordingly close the deal with the patient;
f. Maintain professional and ethical relationship with all patients at all time;
g. Communicate effectively and confirm the timings of consultations / surgeries / pre- and post-operative care amongst your immediate supervisor, patients, doctor, and whenever necessary, to the rest of the attending surgical team (anesthesiologist, scrub / circulating nurse, etc.); and
h. Communicate with the Operations Manager of Silkor Day Care Unit in terms of packages for patients outside of UAE, payment, surgery, accommodation, transportation, etc.

Education & Experience:
The minimum education and experience required for a candidate to qualify for the position as Sales & Patient Coordinator - Surgery include the following:
a. Business Degree (or its equivalent from a Technical School)
b. 2 to 3 years' experience in the field
