A Head Trainer is in charge of delivering soft skills & technical training to employees in order to increase their productivity and efficiency. We are looking for someone who is experienced, energetic and enthusiastic in the field!
Key Responsibilities:
a. Develop and deliver training on Selling Skills, Negotiation Skills, Leadership Skills, Employee Motivation, Personality & Presentation Skills, etc;
b. Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment;
c. Set the standard and expectations through example in her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character;
d. Deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies;
e. Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs in support of the organization's needs;
f. Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs;
g. Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies;
h. Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs; and
i. Travel within the UAE & GCC to facilitate trainings to Silkor employees.
Skills & Abilities:
The skills and abilities expected of a Head of Training - Soft Skills & Technical Development include the following:
a. Excellent spoken & written communication skills (English and preferably Arabic as well);
b. Energetic, enthusiastic, motivational training style;
c. Ability to engage & connect with participants;
d. Strong people management and leadership skills;
e. Cheerful personality, confident in approaching people;
f. Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities;
g. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and
h. Flexible and reliable - displaying great ownership in all aspects
Education & Experience:
The minimum education and experience required for a candidate to qualify for the position as Head of Training - Soft Skills & Technical Development include, but not limited, to the following:
a. Any Bachelor's Degree (or its equivalent from a Technical School);
b. Certifications as a Soft skills trainer would be beneficial;
c. Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering intensive training; and
d. Medico-Aesthetic Industry experience is an advantage
