Recruitment Researcher

We are currently seeking to employ a Researcher to work closely with our team. This role is a great training ground for individuals who wish to pursue a career in recruitment.

TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES OF A RECRUITMENT RESEARCHER:

Sourcing candidates as directed by the Recruitment Consultants. This will include headhunting via sourcing from a large in-house database and using social media including Linked In and various other websites.

Reviewing applications, considering candidates and shortlists;

Identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs;

Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts;

Maintaining current records and personal statistics for review against targets;

Working closely with the recruitment consultants.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR A SUCCESSFUL SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

Degree educated ideal or relevant work experience/skills;

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels;

Professional and confident manner;

Self-motivated, a confident and pro-active nature with drive and determination to succeed;

Target driven with a positive attitude;

Committed and Professional.
