Roles and Responsibilities: sales
Define sales stratgey
Create marketing & PR strategy
Build and grow additional revenue streams
Work closely with external agencies to identify, shape and deliver outsourced Sales and Marketing tasks
Prepare for and attend monthly target and pipeline review with CEO
Identify property owners through various channels and techniques. Build and maintain pipeline of properties and quickly complete the sign-up process along with help from the team
Build and maintain strong networks in Dubai
Ensure occupancy rates are kept high throughout the year
Social media planning, management and execution
Build and grow additional revenue streams
Represent the most senior level of management with guests and property owners
Work closely with the Head of Operations to identify additional staffing requirements
Work closely with Head of Operations to continuously monitor quality, occupancy and nightly rates of all properties
Oversee, review and approve all content in internal and external documentation including guest communications, property owner communications, property guides, property listings, marketing blogs and social media posts
Participate in ongoing professional learning and development, including keeping up with industry news, competitors local and worldwide, and macroeconomic and political issues
