Helpdesk Customer Services
- Takes calls and service tickets on a ticket system
- Identify, resolve or manage the resolution of systems issues
- Ability to keep the Customer at the forefront of all requests and advocate customer needs at all times
- Manage escalation process of issues to 2nd & 3rd line
- Communicate to Level 2 and Level 3 teams keeping clients and management informed
You will work as part of a global service delivered by teams in Kuala Lumpur, Australia, United Kingdom and the US.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- C-Programming
- UNIX Shell Scripting
- Linux Operating System
- PHP and MySQL
- Web Programming and Cobol Programming
- ITIL and COBIT knowledge is an added advantage
Requirements
- Fluent in English language both in written and oral
- Will need to work on shifts and public holidays but will be compensated with leave
- At least 2 years experience on LINUX/UNIX
- A quick learner who enjoys overcoming challenges, resolving issues and escalating as needed.
- Open to Malaysian only.
