Task and Responsibilities

1. Find and/or develop new wind energy projects

2. Responsible for sales and relationships with customers

3. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers

4. Identify new sales opportunities

5. Interact and coordinate with different departments

6. Understand the energy demands in Ghana and other African countries

7. Plan how to meet the demand; Project Management

8. Negotiate Contracts and close agreements

Required Qualification and education

1. Experiences in Wind Energy

2. Technical Know How

3. Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering

4. Experience in Marketing

Characteristic and Skills Required

1. Team Player

2. Flexible

3. Solid Experience in MS Office and Social Media Marketing

4. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills

6. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
