Responsibilities:

• Assist Branch Manager to ensure daily outlet operations run effectively 
  
• Assist Branch Manager in strategizing sales and servicing approaches to customers to achieve targeted KPIs 
  
• Guide, motivate and provide constructive feedback to outlet members 
  
• Learn to identify and develop new customer prospects to achieve sales objectives 
  
• Learn to establish and maintain close rapport with existing and new customers 
  
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Branch Manager 
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field 
  
• Possess drive, initiative and strong desire to learn 
  
• Highly motivated with positive attitude 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  
• Willing to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays
