UX Specialist We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Specialistto design intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences acrossweb and mobile platforms. This role plays a key part in aligninguser needs with business objectives, driving customer satisfaction and product success through research-led, data-driven design.Role Overview The UX Specialist will be responsible foruser research, interaction design, usability testing, and continuous improvementof digital interfaces. You will work closely with product, technology, and business teams to ensure design consistency, accessibility compliance, and high-quality user experiences.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities User Research & Analysis Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing Analyze user behavior, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions UX Design & Prototyping Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications Ensure designs follow responsive design principles and accessibility standards Usability & Accessibility Compliance Validate interfaces against usability best practices and WCAG guidelines Collaborate with developers to implement accessible and user-friendly solutions Design Systems & Consistency Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders Provide UX recommendations during project planning, reviews, and delivery phases Testing & Continuous Improvement Conduct usability testing and A/B experiments Monitor analytics and user feedback to drive continuous, iterative improvements Documentation & Artefact Management Produce UX documentation including research insights, design specifications, and usability reports Maintain organized repositories of design artefacts for reference and audit purposes Experience & Qualifications3–5 years of experience in UX design, user research, and usability testing Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping Exposure to WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design Experience using analytics and user feedback to guide design improvements Education Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field Preferred Certifications UX Design (NN/g, HFI, or equivalent)Usability Testing or Accessibility Compliance
