Enterprise Applications Integration Services

Pre-requisites: Integration knowledge and experience with Ellucian Banner, Blackboard, Sierra Library, Website (Share Point/Drupal), SAP, Oracle EBS, cyber ark, Sail Point, Azure, Digital Measures and Business Intelligence Developer are highly preferred.Responsibilities Develop Java/Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) and .NET programming and frameworks.Evaluate, design, and implement integration frameworks.Create and deploy service-oriented architecture (SOA) messaging services and custom REST AP ls.Implement event-driven systems, schemas, orchestrations, mappings, and handle ESB exceptions.Create database engineering objects using Oracle and SQL development.Develop, deploy, and implement integration using message-oriented middleware (MOM), Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations {XSLT), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration (UDDI), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), Representational State Transfer (REST), Extensible Markup Language (XML), File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Web Service Description Language (WSDL), and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP).Deploy secure transmissions, digital certificates, and public key infrastructure (PKI).Gather business requirements, understand them, and translate them into technical requirements, providing solutions for business processes.Analyze, design, implement, and integrate customized solutions that meet approved functional requirements and specifications.Collaborate with vendors to identify valuable features.Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into the existing enterprise system, ensuring they meet business requirements and goals.Identify, troubleshoot, and conduct root cause analysis on all integration issues with detailed documentation.Initiate process improvements to enhance integration and user experience.Collaborate with team members in various client situations in a team environment.Conduct knowledge-sharing meetings with team members, providing proper documentation.Deliver technical and functional training to staff, including all configuration setups necessary for required business processes, along with end- user/functional/technical guides.Support architectural and performance-related improvements.Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, along with user guides.Perform application testing after enhancements, fixes, patches, and upgrades.Resolve technical issues related to code, configuration, and application performance.Communicate with software developers and engineers to address any program logic problems.Provide status reports for any issues related to the operation of new applications alongside existing system software and applications.Minimize the impact of integration on various existing processes.Evaluate the results of integration projects and prepare reports.Diagnose production issues, identify and implement fixes in collaboration with database administrators (DBAs), system designers, developers, analysts, system administrators, and functional teams.Design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain technical objects for integration.Create vendor support tickets for any issues or requirements requiring support.Submit incident support tickets and change requests for Change Advisory Board {CAB) approval, accompanied by solution documentation.Perform other assigned duties as needed.Required Competencies Bachelor's degree in an IT related field Minimum 7+ of related experience with applicable certifications Bilingual proficiency {Arabic and English) in reading and writing is required.
