We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Officer with a proven track record in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bulk hiring across Commercial and BFSI industries. If you are a proactive recruiter with strong industry connections and a passion for talent acquisition, we'd love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Execute bulk hiring strategies to meet high-volume staffing needs efficiently.Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and labor regulations.Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to attract top talent.Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends in Commercial and BFSI sectors.Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.Strong local market network.Demonstrated experience in bulk hiring.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.Immediate availability to join.Valid QID and NOC.Job Type: Full-time Pay: QAR4, QAR4,500.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you available to join immediately?The salary for the role ranges between QAR depending on job relevance and competitiveness.
