Location: Doha, Qatar Position Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyerto join an international law firm in Qatar. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters, support business operations, and ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage complex legal issues in a fast-paced corporate environment.Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and corporate documents.Provide legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and joint ventures.Support senior management with legal risk assessments and strategic decision-making.Oversee company formation, restructuring, and liquidation processes.Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.Monitor legislative developments in Qatar affecting business operations.Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent);Minimum of 1+ years' experience in corporate or commercial law.Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate laws (experience in GCC region is a plus).Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
